Coach Yvonne Grossi, LLC, expressly prohibits individuals who are currently or have previously been clients of Never Binge Again, Defeat Your Cravings, or any of its affiliated entities, including members in the Facebook group, from purchasing or participating in separate coaching sessions offered by Coach Yvonne Grossi, LLC.

Please note that this prohibition applies solely to separate coaching sessions and does not restrict the purchase or enrollment in courses, including the Basic Toolkit Course, offered by Coach Yvonne Grossi, LLC.

This prohibition on coaching sessions is in accordance with specific contractual obligations and professional agreements and is non-negotiable. Any attempt to purchase separate coaching sessions by individuals identified as current, past, or previous clients of Never Binge Again or Defeat Your Cravings will result in immediate cancellation of the purchase, without refund or recourse.

By accessing, purchasing, or enrolling in separate coaching sessions offered by Coach Yvonne Grossi, LLC, you hereby represent and warrant that you are not, and have not been, a client of Never Binge Again, Defeat Your Cravings, or any of its affiliated entities. You further agree to abide by this prohibition and acknowledge that any violation of this prohibition may result in legal action.
